  • There are two ways that you can sign up for our services:

    (1) You can create an account with a valid email. A confirmation email will be sent to your email and activation is required.

    (2) You can also quickly create an account and get access to the platform using your Google and Facebook account.

  • Make sure that:

    • You've activated your account through the activation email sent from us.
    • You're trying to sign in with the right credentials, i.e. your username and password. Your username and password are both case-sensitive.

    If you are still experiencing difficulty in singing in, you can:

    (1) Resend an activation email if you haven't activated your account yet.

  • You cannot merge your registered account with social login in, but you can connect your registered account with social login.

  • We provide a variety of options to connect your smart devices so that you can aggregate your data in one place and potentially share your data with your family members, health professionals, or friends.

  • You can easily disconnect your devices/accounts from this platform.

  • It depends. If you want to share your weight, blood glucose, blood pressure, insulin, or SpO2 data, then you can log your data manually.

  • You can share your data with another user by establishing a one-way connection with another user.

    The one-way connection only allows you to share your data with another user and does not allow you to view the data of that user.

  • You can send a sharing request to another user. Once the user accepts the request, you'll be able to view that user's data.

  • Your dashboard is configurable according to your need. Watch the following video and find out how.

  • You can set 2 kinds of goals on your dashboard -- panel goals and general goals.

    • You can set panel goals in each individual panel that display a measurement of your activity/health on your dashboard.
    • General goals can be set in the goal panel to facilitate your personal need.

  • You can create a group and include a group of users in your contact list for convenience.

    You can also share health information with your group by posting it in the group.

  • A project group is a special group that helps facilitate a research study.

    Only users with project manager status can create project groups. If you're considering using our services for your project, please contact us for more information.

  • A project group is a special group with extra functions to facilitate a project or a research study. Normal users are not allowed to create a project group. Contact us if you want to upgrade your account. In a project group, you'll be able to:

    • Create a human subject ID to identify your users in the group.
    • Subscribe to connection alerts so that you'll be notified if a user in your group is not active or not valid during your study.
    • Subscribe to user reports on a specified basis so that you'll get a summary of your users in a group in the past week/month.
    • Request reports of specified user data in a specified period.

  • Joining a group provides a mechanism to avoid establishing a connection between a project manager and a human subject. To join a group:

    • The group must be defined as a project group.
    • You must know the group name and the project manager who created the group.
    • A human subject ID that is distributed by the project manager.

    The human subject ID field is required, unique in a group. A user who knows the group name and group manager can join the group with a random human subject ID. It is the group manager's responsibility to determine from the human subject ID if a user has been invited in a study.
